Welcome to markas138. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and markas138 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing all access to and use of the markas138 website, mobile applications, gaming products, sportsbook services, and any other services offered through the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the markas138 website accessible at markas138.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "Player Account" or "Account" means the registered individual user account opened by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, bonus amounts, or free bet credits granted to a Player by the Platform under applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winings may be withdrawn.
• "Eligible Player" means any individual who meets the age, jurisdiction, and identity requirements set out in Clause 3 of these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity described in Clause 8 of these Terms that is not permitted on the Platform.
• "Intellectual Property" refers to all content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and materials owned by or licensed to markas138.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of markas138, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures.

To be eligible to open and maintain a Player Account on markas138, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering voluntarily and as a private individual on your own behalf, not as a professional or commercial entity;
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by markas138 for any reason;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by markas138 or any other gaming platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of markas138, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are aware of and accept the financial risks associated with online gambling and are not participating under duress or to address financial problem.

markas138 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Player Account on markas138. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for notifying markas138 of any changes to this information promptly through the Account management section or by contacting customer support.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. markas138 will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify markas138 support immediately. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

markas138 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — before withdrawals are processed. Verification requests will be communicated via your registered email address.

All financial transactions on markas138 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of local and international payment methods to accommodate Malaysian players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQ, and USDT TRC20.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically instant; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow typically take 5–10 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 require blockchain confirmation and may take 15–30 minutes.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into your Account and that is registered in your name. markas138 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and will be processed within the timeframes communicated by our support team.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

markas138 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illicit activities. Deposits must not be made from proceeds of criminal activity. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required. Deposited funds that have not been subject to genuine gameplay may be reviewed prior to withdrawal processing.

markas138 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP programme benefits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds. All promotional terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement.

• Bonus funds and any winings generated from bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player per lifetime. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be closed.
• markas138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable promotional conditions.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit promotional offers — including through collusion, arbitrage, or the use of automated betting systems — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• The minimum deposit amount to qualify for a welcome bonus is RM50, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

All bets placed on the markas138 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or the sportsbook — are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of this Agreement.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, except where a clearly displayed "cash out" feature is available and active for that bet.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the result recorded by the Platform's system or the relevant official governing body shall be final.
• markas138 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical malfunctions — and to return the stake to the Player.
• Maximum bet limits apply to specific markets and game types. These limits are displayed within each market or game.kas138 reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits at its discretion.
• Live betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events) may be suspended momentarily during in-play events. Bets placed during a suspension may be voided.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The published RTP of each game reflects its long-term theoretical return and does not guarantee any specific result individual sessions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on markas138. Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting another individual to open an Account for the purpose of circumventing any restriction or promotion limit;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not permitted by markas138;
• Engaging in any form of bet hedging, match fixing, or collusion with other Players to guarantee outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winings obtained through such exploitation will be forfeited;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward markas138 staff or other users;
• Attempting to launder funds or engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, if such restriction applies to the individual user.

All content on the markas138 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of markas138 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of markas138.

All third-party game content accessible through markas138 remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Your use of such content is subject to the relevant provider's licence terms in addition to this Agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, markas138 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, markas138 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of Platform access resulting from Force Majeure events, including telecommunications failures, government actions, or cyberattacks;
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or payout calculations arising from technical errors, where such errors are corrected in accordance with Clause 7;
• Any third-party payment provider delays or failures affecting deposit or withdrawal processing times;
• Any losses incurred through gambling activity conducted voluntarily on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury resulting from markas138's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

markas138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties. We provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a period of 7 days.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to notify them of how long they have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary restriction on their Account for a period of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently stop gambling on markas138 may request self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.

markas138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of promotions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy procedures;
• At the Player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Upon termination for breach, markas138 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds in the Account. Real-money balances that are not subject to dispute or investigation will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to the completion of KYC verification.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

markas138 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected Players via email to the registered address on their Account or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates. The version of the Terms in force at the time any dispute arises shall govern that dispute.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international law as applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates. markas138 makes no representation that the Platform or its contents are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and markas138 in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via our customer support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction for final resolution. markas138's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, technical disputes, and promotional eligibility shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process described herein.
